IIInstant RWA redemptions
Issuers promise to pay later. Octarine pays now.
Tokenized funds redeem on the issuer’s schedule: T+1, monthly, quarterly. List yours on Octarine and institutions bid to buy it at a small discount to NAV, then wait out the queue instead of you.
- Sell into bidsFill against standing bids and receive funds near-instantly.
- List as an auctionCollect bids over time and accept the best one.

IIIPricing
Priced by the day.
Bidders quote a discount per day of redemption time, so the price tracks how long the asset takes to redeem, not how much you sell. Octarine’s fee is 10% of that discount.
Bid discount 0.28% plus Octarine fee 0.03% (10% of the discount). Illustrative figures.
IVHow a redemption clears
Three coupons. One transaction.
-
Coupon 1 of 3
List
Post the asset to redeem. Octarine quotes it against the live NAV feed and broadcasts it to bidders.
-
Coupon 2 of 3
Bid
Whitelisted institutions compete in bps per day. Take a standing bid now, or let the auction run.
-
Coupon 3 of 3
Settle
The RWA and the stablecoins swap atomically. The bidder redeems with the issuer later.
VFor lending markets
No market without an exit.
RWA collateral can’t be dumped into an AMM. Octarine listens for liquidations in markets that use RWAs as collateral and routes them to bidders, with custom flows such as Dutch auctions and soft liquidations.
Integrate your marketVICompliance
Permissioned where it matters.
- Issuer whitelists
- Checked before settling any swap. Onboarded with the issuer means onboarded here.
- Eligible bidders
- To bid on an asset you must be able to hold it. Permissioned assets need issuer onboarding.
- Self-custody
- Funds stay in your wallet until a fill happens. Cancel open orders any time.
- Licensed settlement
- Where an asset requires it, trades settle through licensed partners.
What can I do on Octarine?
Buy and sell tokenized US stocks and ETFs (rTokens) on Arbitrum with USDC or USDT, and redeem tokenized funds and other RWAs into stablecoins instantly through an RFQ connected to institutions.
What are rTokens?
rTokens are issued by Reality. Each is backed 1:1 by the real share or ETF unit, held in segregated custody by Alpaca Securities LLC and registered at DTCC, with reserves verified by The Network Firm at over 100% collateralisation.
Can I trade when the US market is closed?
Swaps and fills settle only while the underlying market is open. A limit order simply keeps waiting; a DCA tranche waits and retries, or skips if you choose to skip while the market is closed.
How are RWA redemptions priced?
Bidders quote a discount to NAV, priced per day of the asset’s redemption time. Octarine charges 10% of that discount: if the best bid is a 1% discount, you pay 1.1% in total.
Who can bid?
Anyone able to hold the asset. If it is permissioned, bidders must be onboarded with its issuer. To bid via API, get in touch for an API key.
